Meet The Team

South Central Pa Sickle Cell Council provides support to clients, families, and caregivers. In order to help, we rely on a team, of dedicated men and women who work in various levels of service.

Cindya Clayton
Community Health Worker

Cindya has extensive work in serving her community, with experience with the Department of Public Welfare and other over the past decade.  Cindya uses her bilingual skills to assist the Sickle Cell Council in serving Sickle Cell families within the counties being served.  As the council Community Health Worker, Cindya works directly with families affected by Sickle Cell and other Council constituents.

Dwayne Golden
Director of Development

Mr. Golden has spent much of his career in service-oriented fields stemming from his 35-year background in church ministry. He received his bachelor's in Biology as a pre-med major at Messiah College and received his MBA from Strayer University in Northern Virginia. He is a former board member and later became the SCPASCC Executive Director in 2001. After launching his own consulting business in 2005, Dwayne spent his time developing global transactional technology systems for his clients.

Kristy Wissler
Office Clerk

Kristy is an enthusiastic and kind hearted person that has spent much of her work experience serving the needs of others using her administrative and organizational skills. Kristy enjoys spending her time with her husband, family and friends when not working within the community.

 

After learning about the impact of Sickle Cell disease in Central PA, she was excited to join the Sickle Cell Council fight to improve the quality of life for the individuals and families battling this horrific disease.

 
Natasha Burris
Program Director

Natasha has background in customer service, data management and maintains working knowledge of current health insurance coverage standards, and state and federal regulations.

 

Currently Natasha is completing her nursing degree and will continue to enhance both her clinical and administration skills as a professional.
